1. A New Chapter in Yumi’s Life
Every person is comprised of many complicated network of thoughts and working, and the drama focuses on that. Like any other woman, Kim YuMi too wishes to meet her ’the one’ or the ‘main lead’ of her life. In season 1, YuMi’s love cell goes into coma after experiencing a terrible breakup. But the cell is soon revived when she starts to feel the sparks again for GooWoong, an emotionally stunted game developer. Whilst season 1 ended on a sad note with their breakup. Season 2 will open a new chapter in YuMi’s life. YuMi had already met Yoo Babi in season 1. He is a handsome coworker of hers who seems to also live in the same neighborhood as her. The posters hint that their relationship will probably bloom into something more. Moreover, YuMi’s hair, which was a lot shorter in season 1, now indicates how much time has passed and how their relationship improved over the period. “Yumi’s Cell 2” producers teased by saying, “YuMi, who will change and grow through new work and love, will begin her story again. Please look forward to YuMi’s second chapter, which will make you laugh, cry and feel your heart flutter along with her cells.”
2. Kim GoEun And Park JinYoung Back On Screen In “Yumi’s Cells 2”
Fans have missed their favorites ever since the two appeared together on screen last year. Though Park JinYoung has been actively coming on screen in the last few years. He appeared either as a judge in “The Devil Jude”, a ruthless spy in “Yaksha: Ruthless Operation”, or as YuMi’s co-worker in “Yumi’s Cells”. Fans are excited and curious to see him back on screen as Yoo Babi, since season 1 did not let us explore him that much. There was some mystery kept about him. Fans also miss Kim GoEun and are in delight to know that they will be seeing her on screen soon! Kim GoEun and Park JinYoung’s chemistry has stolen the hearts of the viewers already, be it on screen as YuMi and Babi or off screen. The fans were in love with them and are excited to see them back on screen together! This time, it is more than just co-workers.
3. A Chance To Meet YuMi’s Cells Again
Above all the reasons, one of the main reasons we loved the show was because of the cells. The look into YuMi’s mind and how the cells work together for YuMi was amusing to watch. And the most hilarious parts of the drama too. The cells are concerned about YuMi’s love life, though she became a ‘person of reason’ after her breakup in season 1. We are curious to know how these cells developed after parting ways with GooWong. Especially the love cell. Initially, she had moved into a coma, but we want to know how much she matured after GooWoong. We are also excited about meeting the other cells, and how they will react to Yoo Babi! We wonder if her Emotion Cell is still as dramatic as ever, or how her Reason cell will try to cope after YuMi broke up with GooWoong.
