The tour itself had a rocky start when the original tour scheduled for March was postponed due to the pandemic. Once the new tour dates were released fans were met with the unfortunate news of two of the members having to back out due to personal reasons. Despite the tragic lack of Cold Bay and nafla the remaining two, Ravi and Xydo undeniably slayed that stage. One thing about his particular show was that it lacked flashy transitions or breaks throughout the setlist. Because of this when it was Ravi’s turn he simply replaced Xydo on stage and immediately broke into a fast-paced rap. Ravi performed the song ‘GUNS’ which had fans screaming along. Without outfit changes or specific choreography, the audience was able to simply enjoy the show for what it was, a pure expression of Ravi’s music. If anything, this gave a more personal and relaxed vibe where both fans and performers were able to just enjoy the music and time spent together. Ravi also performed songs like ‘WARRIOR’ and ‘ROCKSTAR’ that had the entire venue dancing along. Ravi had mentioned how thankful he was to be able to be in Chicago after not being able to make the original tour happen and expressed how much love and time went into his new album. Between songs and amazing dance moves, Ravi seemed to be having a blast which only doubled when Xydo joined him on stage to perform a handful of songs together. Not having nafla and Cold Bay there to perform was an unfortunate setback but the two performers surely made the most of the situation. The extra time allowed fans to get to know Xydo and Ravi’s discography more and gave fans the opportunity to feel closer to the two artists present. While the crowd wasn’t too large, they sure were loud! Cheering and singing rang throughout the whole venue and when the show finally came to an end both Ravi and Xydo expressed their desire to come back to the windy city of Chicago once again.
